I challenge you to find a more stress free and happy environment to workout in than the great Outdoors, When you train as a group and especially in our group you get that tribal mentality of everyone banding together for one cause and that becomes one hell of an unstoppable force. When you get involved and you've got the banter, the laughs and the camaraderie at the beginning of each session you can't fail to forget your stress's and your troubles.
Signing up to RAWR means you have taken accountability your health and your body, You have committed to make a change. You also have our commitment because when you sign up we make your goals our goals and we become accountable for the results you achieve….And we don't fail.
The gym can be scary environment especially if your over weight and low on confidence, packed full of PT’s and mirror muscle trainers, you feel alone, and inadequate but most of all your just a number.
At RAWR you have a name, you are surrounded by like minded people on the same mission, You’ll find that your workout becomes the best part of your day. Step away from the dark depressing gym and come outside!
The sun ain’t always out but we are!
