You want to get in shape for summer, your panicked and stressed about it, so you look for easy options…easy options are often bad choices.
Today I'm going to tell you how you can lean for the summer the healthy way,
Warning: You must be prepared to cook a little, sweat a lot and drink a bucket load.
This is the time of year that the “weightloss” supplement companies love, you want that beach body now and they have the gel, shake, pill, juice or potion to get you there……Only problem is that they DON'T. They has a scam that you even know isn't going to work for you but you sign up because of that 1% chance that it might.
I understand that but I'm here to tell you that the 1% chance isn't worth the health implications and even if it was no pill, gel etc can build the lean muscle provided to create a change without a little exercise.

What I'm here to tell you today is that you can make big changes to your body in a small time while sticking to natural and healthy ways it just requires a little commitment and if your as eager to get that body as you say you are that shouldn't be a problem now should it.
Exercise and Eating right works, Fact
Exercise and Eating right doesn't work if you don't fully commit yourself to it, You say you want that body but do you want the burger, the chocolate, the wine more?
I would never tell anyone to cut these things out all together, anyone who knows me will know I'm all for working out and eating clean to allow us to enjoy the finer things in life, But right now we’re in the trenches, we have 2-3 month to make a big change to that body so we’re going to have to start kicking our arse's a bit if we’re going to do it, that will require a sacrifice I'm not going to lie but if you suffer now you can live it up in summer comfortable in the knowledge that you look and feel amazing.

That looks simple yes? well it is I can also tell you that you will not need to cook anything that takes more than 30 minutes and you wont need to workout for any more than 30 minutes either, So at most I'm taking 1 hour from your day!

But I know you’ll be reading this thinking “I want it but there’s this excuse and that excuse and time, kids blah blah blah”
These are obstacle’s your putting up because its safe, its a big thing to step out of your comfort zone and do something different but its also how you grow as a person and how you achieve.
They’re are 2 types of people in this world, the ones who see an obstacle and stop, and theres the ones that see that obstacle as a challenge to over come..(Actually there is kind of a third, Outsiders see obstacles and just go through them like wrecking balls)
You can waste time on products and hopes or you can wake up smell the coffee, drink that black coffee and smash your workout.
