Bring yourself a bottle of water, a towel if required. Loose clothing that you are comfortable to train in with trainers or football boots. We have a safe keeping box though possessions are left at your own risk. We have specific sessions in which children are able to attend (normally 10am camps).
An Outsider is a camper who has attended RAWR for a full 4 weeks and earned their badge of honour. Outsiders are the toughest trainers on gods green earth.
RAWR Group Personal Training Bootcamp is a Bootcamp designed and operated by personal trainers who plan each workout to ensure the best possible results are achieved.
Simply No! RAWR isn't a run of the mill bootcamp, we don't employ people to cover classes our trainers are fixed in there location meaning they get to know each and every client gives us the ability to tailor every workout to the clients ability.
